British airways dubble charge

I booked two tickets on British Airways. They charged me R27000 in total on my credit card. Two days later they charge me again 2 x R13500 for same tickets. Now the first payment shows uncleared. They recon i must wait for bank to reverse the first payment as it shows uncleared. But according to my bank British Airways must reverse this from their side. I just lost R27000 on my credit card that i cant use because of this. I emailed BA about this and only got a reference number but no feedback. My Case Reference is ***1
