BRITISH AIRWAYS - ARROGANT AND COMPLETELY USELESS

My daughter, her husband and their two children fought like tigers to change flights to fly from London to Durban, via Johannesburg, and had to pay in an additional 700 pounds. So they flew on 8th December arriving in Durban 9th December. So - if you buy a return flight does BA not have a moral and financial obligation to return them to the UK as residents? NO! BA does not seem to believe they have any obligation and they are now dealing with Qatar Airways to get home. Never, ever again will my family support this arrogant and useless Airline.
