BED BUGS ON BRITISH AIRWAYS FLIGHT: Cape Town to London Heathrow

BED BUGS ON YOUR PLANE!! On the 16th Feb I flew BA58 from Cape Town to London Heathrow. Towards the end of the flight I began to itch. I am covered in bites around my neck, chest and back. Upon doing research online, these bites are in fact from bed bugs on the flight and on my seat! This is a serious problem that requires immediate attention. I am traveling on business, besides the fact that my neck is visually appalling, I am horrible itchy, uncomfortable and cannot sleep! I’m flying back to Cape Town on the 20th of Feb and dreading my flight!
