Bad Service From British Airways UK

Our flight back from the UK was cancelled. I submitted a claim for flight as well as hotel accommodation etc. STILL WAITING FOR THIS TO BE FINALISED. I have been an executive club member for nearly 40 years, and this is the type of service we receive. Numerous emails sent and chats with BOT online but still nothing. I am considering never to fly with them again!
