Bad Airline Service

My mom, 75 years old, on the 19th June flew on BA to London Heatrow, she had an unpleasant experience on Flight number BA56. I requested a special meal for her as she is a vegetarian. The flight attendent did not service her breakfast and after several request the flight attendant brought a tray but to her dismay you could see that the tray was made up from others left overs. There was even a used yogurt cover in her cup. She was served tea and when she requested for milk she never did come with it. <br> This has been very upsetting for me that one should treat a senior person in this manner.
