BA Tickets

We booked two air-tickets on 31 May 2018 and the money has been deducted from my credit card, but no tickets or ref no were issued On my credit card appear the following: BRITISH A RUISLIP GB ********** ********** ********** 84 BRITISH A RUISLIP GB ********** ********** ********** 76 THE MONEY WENT OFF MY CARD BUT i RECEIVED NOTHING
