BA Contact-ability Shocking!

As a client who uses British Airways frequently I am disgusted in the poor contact-ability!!! I have had continuous check in online issues and when trying to make urgent contact via Telephone it doesn't matter which number I try it either rings continuously with no answer or or if I eventually get through I get told the ONLY 2 persons handling International queries - 1 is in a meeting, the other is busy (SA). If your systems are problematic and your contact lines are in-out dated with calls then you need to work on a solution and fast!!
