Appalling service from British Airways UK

I had a horrible experience with British Airways where I booked and paid for reserved seating and was removed from my seats without any explanation or refund. I have tried to contact the customer relations team on numerous occasions and they do not even bother to reply. I even tried to get help from the BA team at heathrow and no one was able to assist.
