Airline **************

Recently flew from Heathrow to Montreal - our flight was delayed by over 3 hours and according to EU legislation one is eligible to a refund for this delay. My daughter and I both submitted our respective claims for this and while she was refund the amount due within about 10 days. I have to date received a recognition of their receipt of the claim and not heard another word. I find this a totally unacceptable situation or is it simply ************** as I live out of the UK and might be less likely to query their actions!
