Been trying to merge my Aveo accounts since March 2020 without any luck.

Received mails from Therasa Munford, Mark Bullock, Kate Boggis, Mark Houghton,and David Lee, requesting to load my id proof and of address on the website. NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY ALL CAME FROM A NO REPLY EMAIL ADDRESS. WHY ARE YOU SCARED TO SUPPLY A RETURNING EMAIL ADDRESS.

Done that several times but you don't get confirmation if it was successful or not. In the last 3 weeks also posted the documents twice to address given.

Why can't anybody pick-up a phone and phone me.
