Still no refund more than 2 months after BA cancelled my flight

BA cancelled our flights to the UK from South Africa. I am still waiting for my refund. Totally unacceptable. It was only sent to their refunds department on the 17 January. How can it take 6+ weeks to reach refunds. Still no refund to date
