SHOCKING SERVICE

I have struggled for a week to get a call answered today soent 34min 56sec on call with no resolution I must emai then 7 to 10 days someone will get back to me. I then get a no reply response to click link for further assistance only to say call again I do!! Hang on for over 10 min ring then seconds tick by with no one responding to me then they promptly put phone down on me. ABSOLUTELY USELESS, INEFFICIENT, INEFFECTIVE AND COVID SHOULD NOT BE AN EXCUSE. CUSTOMER SERVICE TO KEEP CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE PRIORITY NO 1
