Lost luggage GCMBA13645

For the first time I have travelled abroad, I arrived at my destination on Sunday, 09 September 2018. My luggage did not arrive and I was assured I would receive it within a day or 2. I was given a 35£ voucher to cover cost for clothing for the next day. It's going on 4 days, I called the number given to me on 3 different occasions and no replay, left 2 messages and no response. The service is shocking, my out of pocket expenses is now over 180usd spent on unnecessary clothing, shoes and underwear.

WHEN WILL I BE RECEIVING MY LUGGAGE.
