British Airways WHO!

Just a warning to all customers of British Airways, once you have booked tickets it is virtually impossible to make changes (if possible at all)! I tried contacting them for 2 solid days and each time after 1hr the “waiting for CUSTOMER SERVICE” just cuts off. I had to stick with my original flight bookings as there is no way of getting hold of BA once you have paid…….For info I tried the selection to book a new ticket and this was answered however the gentleman then told me i have the wrong line and transferred me to change my flight WHICH was never answered. BA has no intention to treat you as a customer after you have paid….I would recommend another airline which has superior service to BA but not mentioning their name as this article is about BA! By the way the phone answering service tells you to use the online system WELL Good luck with that one. BA online service is not customer friendly at all and I am sure fuuure competitors can take advantage of this…….
