Biritish Airways robs 90 year old lady of R20,000

I am totally disappointed in British Airways

My mother now 90 years old and came to SA for a Christmas holiday. She fell backwards during her stay here and after a very serious neck operation has been told by her doctor not to fly again as a airpocket or heavy landing could seriously and permanently damage her mobility and possible endanger her life.

we app**** to British Airlines to refund her Business Class ticket as she will now remain in SA. They offered a voucher which is of no use what so ever but quiet categorically refused to refund her return leg of her ticket, instead deciding to keep over R20,000 of money and robbing my mother of this money.

Never again will I or any member of my family ever fly British Airways
