BA = Be Aware / Be Alert / Be Afraid

<p>I recently used Avios points to buy tickets, and have since discovered the following : if you have not earnt a minimum of 1 Avios point in the last 12 months , when you make your booking using Avios points, it is quite possible that you will end up paying MORE for your flight than had you booked via a commercially available flight, not using your points!! The net effect of my booking is that I used 46500 points AND paid in excess of R1 000.00 more than a freely available flight. </p> <p> </p> <p>Shame on you BA Exec Club, who reads such small small print? </p> <p> </p> <p>One less unhappy customer.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
