Carpet Cleaning Dissapointment

<p>We got our carpets cleaned recently by Bright Spotless in Randburg and we needed to call them back again to redo the job as it was patchy. They did come back then we saw a burn mark in the room a clear ring obviously made by friction from the cleaner. Anyway the company replyied with all sorts of our cleaners arnt hot ect... Here is a pic of the cleaner. Firstly I know my house and when a huge circle burn mark is all of a sudden there after they left .... Really. No word from the company to say oh sorry about this then it would be a different story. I understand mistakes happen but when you hide it ... Issues. So dissapointed!!!</p>
