Shocking service

<p>Staff walked into my room unannounced. </p> <p>Nachos was nachos chips from a packet with red sauce and grated cheese on top. Cheese wasn't even melted properly.</p> <p>Staff *****ed up my booking, and then tried to blame me for the mistake.</p> <p>Staff and manager were argumentative.</p> <p>Shocking administration.</p> <p>Staff and management need to learn what customer service means.</p> <p>Will never go there again!</p>
