Pathetic Service

I placed an order with Britannia Hotel telephonically yesterday only to find when I got there my order was not ready. The lady Philile advised me that my order will be ready 10 minutes later, this went on for 1 hour.Every time I asked her where's my order I got given the cold shoulder. If this is how business is going to be conducted then I will never ever go back there. Their attitude is shocking. I then went to the manager who did nothing about it. I walked out very frustrated with no food and with nobody doing anything to remedy the situation.what happened to corrective action to resolve this matter. Absolutely nothing!! VERY DISGRUNTLED!!!
