Brita bottle active cap shatters

Bought 3 Brita bottles, once dropped the cap shatters. Spoke to the sales manager in South Africa and he advised the same happened to him. Sales Manager: Zain Gardener. He asked me to raise it with the global team.

Appreciate if this is addressed , as these bottles are great but not practical if they claim to be active and when dropped the cap shatters.
