No ownership taken after accident.

<p>On the 2nd of November 2016, a driver working for Brink Transport in Paarl, Western Cape made a judgement error on Okovango Bridge towards Paarl. He was standing in the wrong lane (left) turning right towards Paarl he then drove over the Silver Corsa standing in the Robot driving towards Cape Gate. After numerous calls Whatsapp messages the owner Phillip Brink has now desided to keep quiet and is ignoring my questions. He claimed the insurance is investigating the incident. Up to now we had no insurance broker contacting us. His driver is responsible for the accident but no feedback from the owner. What can we do. The Owner doesn't want to share the insurance contact details so we can provide the police reports. What can we do? His driver also went the police and signed the statement. Please can somebody assist or give advise.</p>
