Misleading advertising and marketing

I recently purchased an item (spectacles) on line from Bringwell. A satisfaction guarantee was offered and if not satisfied the item could be returned for a full refund. The item was totally dissatisfactory and when trying to contact Bringwell telephonically the line was not available and a number of attempts to illicit a response via email were not answered. A classic case of misleadingand dishonest advertising, both with regard to the product and after sales service.
