*****ing my money!!

If I could give you a minus rating I would but I cannot. Please never use this Security Provider. I ended my subscription beginning 2019 at my house in Faerie Glen which I sold, that is 6 years ago. On Sunday night a debit order was pulled by them from my account under the name Brinanta. Very clever change the name of the company and debit order goes through. I stopped the debit order and reversed the amount. This costs me bank charges. I phoned the next day and was promised by the Finance Department that it will not happen again and that they (Brinant) dont have any of my banking details neither my particulars. The conversation with the lady was recorded by Brinant. Apparently, the amount deducted is for some or other cameras to be installed. What an insult and *****ulent action from Brinant 6 years later. Last night, same thing happens, the same amount goes off again under Brinanta. I again follow procedure once again costing me bank charges. Brinant is this how you treat your old faithful clients? by robbing them? I am disgusted at the level of unprofessionalism and their overall attitude. Brinant please re-imburse all the bank charges due to me and I ask you kindly to please look into this matter immediately and stop pulling unauthorized debit orders otherwise I have no other option but to lay a case against Brinant for taking unauthorized debit orders and to go to Carte Blanche and the newspapers. Thanks for the inconvenience caused Brinant. Think twice before using them as your Security Provider!!
