Brinant brilliant at resolving customer queries

I detected an error in billing from Brinant. Without a detailed rehash of the event, the financial director Anton Nieuwoudt, called me to resolve the matter. What a pleasant experience to find that a director of a business takes the time to contact a customer and takes immediate action to correct the glitch.
