Very frustrated in empty promises! Dissapointed

Very fustrated with this courier company, lack of comunication. It has been 3days that I receive messages that they are delivering my license disc(s) so I have to stay home, not capitec or anyone can answer where my delivery is, no comunication from Brima!!! Why are they making empty promises of delivery????

They are really providing POOR service!!! I am very dissapointed in this courier company.
