this is so unprofessional and frustrating

I was told i was going to get my delivery before the end of last week but it was never delivered because something happened on their side so delivery was postponed to Tuesday the 22/02/22 but i never got the delivery i only got a text message saying delivery is going to be made before 17:00 come 17:00 no delivery was made next thing at 18:20 i get a message saying my order has been returned to the depot and i should call customer service. this is not the first time i had to wait 2/3 weeks for a delivery from BRIMA LOGISTICS when they stated i should expect the delivery within 5 days. this is so disappointing and frustrating to wait so long for a delivery you stated was going to be delivered last week Tuesday .
