Poor, unprofessional Service
I renew my vehicle licenses and was send through to Brima Logistics to deliver my parcel. The SMS was send to me on the 9 September 2024 indicated that my delivery will be in 5 working days. I gave them some lead time about 2 extra days. I phone Brima Logistics to request when will my delivery of my parcel take place, then the lady told my I will receive my parcel the on the 16th September 2024. Later on the 16th I phone again to ask when will I receive my parcel, and then they told me no that will only be on the 17th before 12h00. The 17th September I phone again late afternoon and inform them that I still did not received my parcel, and then the same old story that will be definitely on the 18th September 24 before 13:00. Later that afternoon I phone in again to ask where is my parcel and then the lady told me that will only be Friday 20th September 2024. I told her that it is my vehicle licenses and it already expired, and how is it possible for them to give me every day a different day for delivery. When I phone in now 20th September 14:00, she said to me that my parcel can only be delivered on Monday, 23 September 2024. I told her that it is unexpectable and I need my parcel, and the only answer is "Sorry for the inconvenience", do you want to speak to my supervisor and I said yes, and then they put the phone down in my ears.. That is not the way business is conducted. That is the most unprofessional services ever. They just don't care at all, empty promises that is all you get out of them. I hope that the banks where through you renew you licenses will stop making use of Brima, previously Skynet did the delivery and without any issues. Maybe Brima must go and learn from Skynet what is excellent service.
