POOR SERVICE

worst courier company i have ever worked with for my parcel . today it Friday my parcel has been with them since Monday before 9 am. Their employees has so much attitude , I'm trying to find out what is the reason for delay she replies' I DONT KNOW" What kind of answer is that, I called again and person who answered just stopped responding while speaking to someone else. We cannot be waiting for our License disc(S) for so long and dealing with rude employees.
