POOR SERVICE

Paid my car license disk via my bank app. Received a message on 4 September that the parcel will be delivered within 5 working days. I phoned them on the 13th September and was told the delivery will take place on Saturday. Needless to say...I'm still waiting. Phone Monday - they will come back to me. A lady phoned back and told me delivery will be Tuesday(today) - I phone again this afternoon spoke to the same lady. The parcel will be delivered today. Now still waiting!!!!! If I track my parcel on the website it is still - Checked in at Johannesburg facility. Very poor service!!!!!!!
