Horrible service

I have been waiting for a delivery since the 13th of September. I received an sms on the 9th that my package was received at the Johannesburg facility and delivery will be made within 5 working days.

The telephone number for the Johannesburg facility and the head office is always busy. When I eventually spoke with a lady at the head office she tried to transfer the call to the warehouse but nobody answered.

Horrible service and will not recommend that you make use of Brima Logistics.
