Failed to deliver

Poor service delivery, they were suppose to deliver my vehicle disc, which I ordered on the 12 September 2024, when I called them initially they said they will deliver on the 18th, then it was on the 20th then on the 21st. And they did not deliver on all those dates. They don't even call you to tell you what is going on When you try to track your parcel that doesn't show anything tengable. Now I'm stuck with my car I can't drive it because my disc has expired. Because Brima logistics fails to deliver it on time.
