Brima

We have ordered a licence from capitec. I assume they only use Brima. Since Monday morning between 4 and 5 they sent out a message that say they are going to deliver that day Monday came no deliveries Tuesday came same story no delivery Wednesday came same thing No delivery Yesterday I phoned them the guy I spoke to said it will be delivered before 5. Now he doesn't answer the people that work at Brima does not come back to me about where my parcel is. I am not happy
