Damage to goods

I took 2 pairs of brand new, unworn shoes to their to Senderwood branch to put rubber soles on the underside of my shoes. I recieved them back ‘butchered’ and completely damaged and the owner refuses to take responsibility and refund me what I paid for the shoes. Be very careful of taking anything to be cleaned or fixed as your belongings will be destroyed and damaged. They clearly have no knowledge of what they are doing. I have before and after pictures.
