Vehicle Service

<p>On the 18/04/2016 i booked my wifes car in for a major service with Brillian Workshop in Kenilworth Cape Town. I asked them to have the major service done with all oil leaks the vehicle might have. They said they would attend to it and have it done. After completing the major service that almost cost me R9000.00 they called me to fetch the vehicle. When i arrived and spoke to the lady Maria, She said all the work has been carried out and with my faith in them i was happy. After me driving my wifes car the next day the oil level indicator came on and i called Maria to ask her why the oil level would be low after the major service was just done. Not to worried she told me to pop around when ever im in the area, By then i was very disapointed that they have just carried out a major service and to have a very low oil reading the very next day. Because my wife hardly uses the car we park it most of the time until we used the car yesterday 12/06/2016 to church and on our way back home the car started heating up. I then called the Brilliant Workshop this morning 13/06/2016 and told Maria what has happened and she said to bring it in.I then dropped the vehicle off and during the day they sent me a quote to carry out the work for the overheating problem and included cost for the oil top up that should be at the cost. I got told that they will not do it and it should be at my cost.How does this become my cost when they carried out a major R9000.00 service and charged me for the oil they never put in the first place. I would not send my worst enemy to Brilliant workshop. I canceled the work that they have now quoted me on because i cannot deal with people that rips you off the way they do.</p>
