terrible, experience dealing with this company

dealing with willie botes from brilliant tech has been a nightmare that i would not wish on my worst enemy<br> <br> he failed to honour the warranty on the product he sold me on the basis that he sold it a loss<br> <br> this was just an excuse. <br> he failed to respond to my small claims court letter.<br> <br> then he said he wanted to settle it, but then he disappeared<br> <br> the flash drive concerned, has just failed for the third time and i have now lost the data on the flash drive<br> <br> i think this company is highly disreputable and i do not approve of their shady business practices, like refuding to honour the warranty on a retail product, and then agreeing to compensate me and then not replying to email<br> <br> i urge every other consumer of electronics to avoid, dealing with this company if at all possible, iin order to avoid heartache, distress, frustration, monetary loss and misery<br> <br> its interesting that he is listed as a company that does not respond<br> doesnt that tell us something?
