********** plumbers issuing compliance certification not up to code

They replaced my geyser 11 may 2022 and charged for new parts for compliance sans 10254 certification. And took my new parts and replaced it with their old worn out parts. Please guys do not use these ppl they have tried to de***** me. Lucky I was quick to see the problems.
