BRILLIANCE DRY CLEANERS BAD SERVICE

On Thursday I took my three pants for them to alter it and make it a bit shorter. They told me on Monday it will be ready, however when i went on Monday. They said the pants are not done and i should come on Tuesday. On Tuesday after collecting the pants it was not of equal length and the work was done very unprofessional (as were the manner in which i was spoken to). I took the pants back there twice afterwards which was on Tuesday and Wednesday and the pants was not even touched. They just brushed it off as if it was nothing. In future i will not do any business with them as they are ****** for charging me full price for work not done properly. This shop is situated in Kensington South, Johannesburg
