Brilliaire is a ********** company

I ordered a nail fixing wonder gel from Brilliaire an online company. I ordered one gel but was charged for 2 and Briliaire wouldn't give me a refund as they said the product had already neen dispatched but I waited 3months gor delivery. The product arrived without any instruction and no applicator. It was an unusable sticky mess that stuck to everything and never dried. When I complained and asked for a refund they emailed me to say that they are sorry I'm not satisfied with the product and that they took note of my complaint but no refunds. Don't buy from these people they are ********
