My Mother bought me a full day spa voucher at the above salon, costing R2000.

I would like to express my disappointment of my Harmony Half Day. 1 I am not sure what the welcome ritual is but it may have been the glass of orange juice handed to me as I went in for the Rasul treatment. 2 My massage started at 09h00 and ended at 10h00. I was then taken upstairs and sat there until 11h45. Apparently, the room was busy. The kitchen was quite frankly, a mess. 3 My facial started at 11h55 and was finished at 13h00. I thought this was a 1.5 hour treatment? 4 My pedi started at 13h15 and I was finished at 14h00, this was supposed to be a one hour treatment. 5 In essence, I lost out on at least 45 minutes of treatment.

6. My nail varnish was chipping within hours of it being done. The beautician was amazing but clearly under pressure as it was obvious that she was booked in between my treatments. This was a very special gift from my Mom and cost her a lot of money and I am very disappointed. After this, I recieved a phone call from the owner who perfusely apologised. She promised to make this up to my mom and I and this year advised that we could either have an express manicure of pedicure. It is dissapointing to say the least.

I wont be recommendin this Spa and in fact, since this experience have heard numerous of the same.
