Brigh****er Properties can be HIGHLY recommended by us as we live in KZN but have a few properties which are managed by them in CPT. Both Chantal and Fritz are not only very professional and keep on top of all the rentals that we have with them, but Chantal, is also so on the ball with regards to keeping us up to date with what is happening at the properties and finding quality new tenants should we need. She is always able to assist with any maintenance issues that we might have and has a great team of people that she can rely on to do the jobs well . Chantal checks on the properties as if they were her own.
