Don't ever even consider using this installer...

The owner of this business, does all the work himself. His name is Theo.

I found his details and contacted him (30th of August 2024), to come and install a Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System (Stage 6), i bought 3 days ago.

On the first day he was there, he installed the system, but turned one part too hard/much and it broke.

He then went home to look for that part to replace with the one he just broke.

All went well, untill i woke up the next morning, to find my whole kitchen flooded with water. The system was leaking water everywhere.

I called him and demanded he return, to fix what he broke. He again replaced the part with another part, that he had at home.

The next morning...same thing! My whole kitchen flooded with water...AGAIN!

I cannot return that Water System, because he broke and replaced the part, taking the broken part with him.

Each time i called him to report my kitchen flooded with water, he would say that he can only be at my house the next day. Making up lies, to hide his shame in breaking my property.

Not only that, when i told him about what a terrible installer he is and just taking my money and not fixing what he broke and now leaving me in the RED, he then started insulting my children!

He broke the water system that cost me thousands of rands and i had to pay him R700 to do it and now my kitchen cupboards are ruined, due to this unprofessional man.

I have also requested from him to provide me with his qualifying documentation, to be doing installations. He has yet to provide me with any documentation.

DONT USE HIM...!!!

He also part-time sells properties, for a man called Jaco Badenhorst by Jaco Badenhorst Eiendomme in Mosselbay.
