Wrong product delivered. No after sales service.

Bought and paid for a 6.5kwh ion lithium battery but received a 5.8kwh battery. No manuals or info on battery. It looks reconditioned and a "no-name" brand battery. I tried to get hold of them ever since but no response. Cell nr. goes directly to voicemail. Email doesn't go through? Will not recommend, be careful
