Bad Product and NO SERVICE!!!!!!!

I bought a 48v Lithium 6.5 kW battery, What is atvertised is not what was delivered, and when I asked, I was told that that is not the battery they sell, plus added the Label on the battery might be wrong.... This looks more like a recondittioned / re-painted battery, no documentation etc... I have tried to get hold of them to explain, and All they can say, is that they very busy with sales.... They nagged me for my payment and that was it.. Left a message for a "MARK" (Technical person) to call me. that was Thursday the 8th, still no call one week later..

I will not recommend this company to ANYONE ... There Items is at a very reasonable price... because it is ****!!!!!!!!!!!
