As a tutor for almost 2 years now at BrightSparkz, I can with all honesty admit that this company was my worst choice. I haven't been chosen as a tutor... Where at companies like TM2, I almost have a full time job of client that chose me to be their online tutor. Their company is absolutely transparent - I can apply for jobs, and the clients can see everyone that was interested in it (AS WELL as their qualifications). Considering that I am a cum laude law student to date, and the fact that I have received numerous A's in my grade 12 year... I would not really consider myself as a "below average" tutor. From what I am getting out of the word "ONLINE" - I understand that I can tutor the student, no matter their location. I did submit everything that the company required and requested of me. I had about 2 of your assistants sending me a message that there will be something for me very "SOON" What is your idea of soon?

Hi Carissa, we're sorry to hear that you were disappointed that we haven't been able to place you. According to our records, you joined the team on 24 April 2020. As explained to you at this point, we can't guarantee placements, especially during lockdown, when client demand has been much lower.

Our placement model is totally different to Teach Me 2, as we use our consultants' knowledge and experience to place the best suited tutor with the learner, taking personality and fit into account as well as subjects. We hope that this placement model was made clear to you when you joined.
