False advertising, pricing and bad service

I am very disappointed in the service from brightsmile.

The practice in Centurion doesn’t have any personality and the dentist never greeted me or my husband and never introduced himself, before he perfomred the checkup on my two children.

On your website you promote free check-up for children as well as cleaning of teeth for kids under 12.

When I made my appointment in the practice I confirmed this with the receptionist and she said yes just R50 admin fee per family.

A week later as per my appointment date there was a different receptionist and after the dentist spend 2 minutes on each of my children with no cleaning at all thy forced me to pay R299 per child, as it is not applicable to the centurion branch but nowhere on your website it refer to certain branches and the receptionist also confirm on the day of appointment. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!
