WELL DONE BRIGHTS STONEWOOD

I had a bad experience at the store last week and contacted them this morning to give them feedback. Cameron, the Manager of the Store investigated my complaint, called me back within an hour and personally came to my house to deliver the 12 bolts, another packet of plugs and gave me R250 to cover the cost for the contractor to come back and put up the shelves.

It is very easy to complain, but very few people will actually take the time and effort to commend a business when they take corrective action.
