Warrenty means you must pay

I took my inverter back to Brights for repairs because it is still under warrenty which mean they will fix it in the 12 months if the inverter has issues. After a long wait they call me and tell me that I should pay R935 for the repairs. I mean what is the use then to have warrenty if you should pay to fix it. They also don't want to give my money back because I am not gonna pay for it to get fix because this is not my prob. Stop treating customers like dirt. Give my money back or fix the inverter because it is stil under warrenty. If you gonna call me then call me with positive feedback. One of 2 things. Return my money or fix the inverter. I don't want any other solution.
