Very bad service

This is now the second time they are not honoring their warranty. This time I bought an Inverter and battery from them three months ago so I can work from home. After three months the battery totally failed. I took this back and the salesman who works there informed me this is a known issue with the battery. The refused to give me a replacement. I bought this so I can work from home and now clearly I can not. Spent 5 K so i can be back in the same boat three month later.
