Terrible online and customer service experience from Brights Hardware

Made my first online purchase today on their website just to check how the experience would go. Worst mistake ever. Not only did their online fulfillment department mess up my order, but they charged me R 180 for delivery when I clearly selected the free in-store pick up option. Then I call the customer service number for the online fulfillment department and I deal with someone by the name of Ricardo Cloete who doesn't seem to be interested to want to help resolve my problem. All I will say is this will be my first and last order with this place. Even when you go to the Store (Mitchell's Plain) you have to go and look for someone to assist you. Absolutely disgusting. When I was a sales consultant with Builders Warehouse, we had to approach the customer and find out if they needed any assistance. These people have it good, not working, standing and chatting whole, or hiding from customers. Atrocious. The unemployment rate in this country is already spiraling out of control, then you have people like this in these positions who don't even deserve to be them. Absolutely disgusting .
