Special order (Blind Curtain)

I have made a special order for blinds curtain and I gave them correct measurements (These measurements were for my buglar of which the buglar fitted nicely and correct ..I had bought the buglar from trellidoor) the very same measurements I used them to purchase blinds and the store flipped them around I went there to complain and they are saying ‘the width is their length and the length its their width ‘ if how I do not know .I’m really disappointed with their service and they don’t want to account by taking the buglar back and refund me or correct their mistake .
